Get in touch
Whether you have a question about Builder Finder UK, run a trades business and want your listing corrected or removed, or have spotted something that isn’t right, we want to hear from you. Email us and we’ll reply by email.
Support hours
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, and closed on bank holidays. If you write outside those hours, we’ll reply the next working day.
Builder Finder UK is a directory and can’t send a tradesperson in an emergency. If there’s danger to life or property, call 999. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 (in Northern Ireland, call 0800 002 001).
Report a problem with a listing
If a listing has the wrong name, trade or town, or the business has closed, tell us. Include the business name and what needs changing, and we’ll check and update it.
Email us
If your message is about a listing, include the business name and the address of its page on Builder Finder UK.
